Benjamin Foster, founder

Ben Foster is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Despite initially struggling with weight issues in his youth, Ben committed to learning about the physiological and behavioral aspects of body composition and health. After successfully making lasting changes for himself, he was inspired to help others do the same. Based in NYC, Ben has built a strong reputation and works with a diverse range of clients, including Broadway stars, television personalities, and movie actors. Ben is passionate about working with anyone who is motivated to make lasting changes. He takes pride in creating a fun, safe, and trusting environment for all his clients. Ben offers in-person sessions at three locations: Upper West Side, Flatiron, and Greenpoint, Brooklyn. He also conducts virtual sessions with clients across the country and provides remote programming for clients worldwide.

Karley Troup, coach

Karley, a California native and former NCAA Division-1 swimmer, is a certified personal trainer with a successful track record of working with over one hundred clients since 2017. Her expertise has helped individuals achieve their goals of weight loss, muscle gain, and enhanced athletic performance. Karley's passion lies in empowering others through movement, exercise, and nutrition.
