What is the difference between Personal Training and Remote Programming?

Personal training can be in person or virtual for a 60-minute coaching session. Remote coaching involves following an individualized program on your own, with weekly communication with your P.A.C. coach through TrueCoach and text messages.

What equipment do I need for Remote Programming?

Many clients primarily rely on bodyweight, so no equipment is needed. However, dumbbells and a pull-up bar are highly recommended.

How do I access my workouts?

Your personalized training plan can be accessed at anytime via TrueCoach.

What is the cancellation policy?

Remote Coaching: You can cancel your subscription at anytime by visiting My Account or by emailing info@peoplesathleticclub.com. Please note, refunds are not granted for partial months.

Personal Training: Any cancellation that is made 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
